Holiday Entitlement

From the 1st July 2023, we will be offering all UK employees 25 days holiday in each complete holiday year, in addition to the 8 UK public bank holidays. This will be reflected on your PeopleHR profile.

Christmas Break

All UK employees will also be entitled to roughly an additional 3 days off during the Christmas break. This allowance is not included in your 25 days holiday entitlement. 

This entitlement is not part of your contract of employment and does not create contractual right or obligations. It may be amended by us at any time. 

Birthday Day off

Due to the increase in your holiday entitlement to 25 days, we have removed the birthday day off entitlement. From 1 July 2023, if you wish to take your birthday off, you will need to use your holiday allowance to book this.
