Employee Training Fund Policy
We believe that your continued training and development is integral to our shared success. We have therefore set aside an annual budget to fund this. All or most of the approved costs may be reimbursed. Both you and your line manager are responsible for your continued learning, development and training.
Professional Qualifications Policy
We recognise the importance in providing support to employees seeking to acquire professional qualifications. In these cases Fulwell will cover the entire cost subject to the employee successfully completing the course.
Please note, as we have updated the training policy, this signifies a contractual change to the terms of your employment contract.
